    At AirFlo, we aim to make delivery simple, transparent, and reliable for every customer.

    Order Preparation & Dispatch

    Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, payment is taken only at the point of shipment. This ensures you are charged only when your order is ready and on its way to you.

    Shipping Method

    All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class delivery. This service provides:

        •    Reliable UK-wide delivery

        •    Tracking information so you can follow your parcel

        •    Confirmation once delivery has been completed.

    Delivery Timeframe

    Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although occasional delays may occur during busy periods.

  • AirFlo Returns & Refund Policy (UK)

    1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

    If you purchased your AirFlo product online, by phone, or by mail order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    You then have a further 14 days to return the item once cancellation has been notified.

    2. Condition of Returned Goods

    Due to the nature of AirFlo products and hygiene considerations:

    Accessories and documentation must be included

    We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

    3. Return Postage Costs

    Unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect customers are responsible for return postage costs

    Returns must be sent using Royal Mail Signed-For, Recorded Delivery, or another tracked postal service, 1st or 2nd class.

    We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

    Any original delivery cost included within the purchase price is non-refundable unless required by law.

    4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    If your AirFlo product arrives:

    Not as described

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.

    Where a fault is confirmed, we will:

    Provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable postage costs

    Offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    5. Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

    Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. typically 3-2 working days.

    6. Late or Ineligible Returns

    Returns sent outside the stated cancellation period or not meeting the above conditions may:

    Be refused, or

    Be returned to you at your cost.
